@jaycano Thank you, but I still couldn't find her. I probably should have brought up how we tried BOTH of my names (Display name and username). And to find her, I used her name (display or user, I don't really know) Sorry if this may have inconvenienced you.

RE: Character Respond Answer Ask (August Edition)
@typical_demigod "Rus: Don't discriminate the vegetables" 10/10 best line of text ever. XD
That and "Rus: I heard they (potatoes) taste like dirt" (I mean, if you don't WASH 'EM then they WILL taste like dirt).
Q: If you prefer bad news to be sugarcoated, when was the last time someone gave it to you bluntly? If you prefer people to be blunt, when was the last time someone tried to sugarcoat it?
Edith: Well, um, the last time something like that happened was when one of our informers told us that we were going to lose the war; To superior equipment and more inhumane strategies they could- and surely have been- used against us.
Arachne: However, even with ALL their klazomaniac "leaders" and their cumbergrounds, the loyalists, we STILL are fighting.
Arachne: Possibly even when we're dead...
Edith: I don't think that's possible.
Arachne: Course it isn't, otherwise...
Edith: Otherwise what?
Arachne: No, it's n-nothing, my dear. (Under her harsh breaths adds "NotHING at ALL.")
From the direction the conversation's heading, Arachne feels the ghost of someone coming back to recent memory. Someone who she already wishes was dead already.
Later, Edith opens her mouth again but not say anything of substance. The air felt thicker then, along with the building pressure in her neck. She looks back to Arachne.
She's clearly in pain.
Though Edith can't actually see her face normally, Edith can see the heat of all objects around her. Including the purple spot that is running slowly from Arachne's burning eyes. Along with all the other signs of pain: Her left arm's clenched, ready to slam the table, with her long hair brushing the table and the small hiccups
I think... I should go. Edith stands up to push in her chair quietly and then puts her hand on her left hand.
Edith: I need to go, Arachne.
Edith: I know that your dad was a bad person. Very.
Edith: I just... hope that you'll be fine soon enough.
Edith hastefully leaves for duty after softly smooching Arachne's wet cheek
Q: How would you react if one of your parents have died. Or if your parent's are already dead, tell us how you felt then.
RE: Relationships: To be canon or not to be...
"So, do you have any... special someone in your life, man perhaps," The pub participant questioned, not so sober. "Uh, no; I don't really have a "special someone"." The man's drink slammed somewhere nearby; "Why so," the fellow drunkie said (mistakenly) more with anger than curiosity. The pub was (surprisingly) quick to check where the noise came from since fighting was more so a common thing to happen- and with it being against the pub rules, after all. But in spite, Arachne strategically choose to give a semi-true answer, to the rude listener (and everyone else at the pub).
"Well, simply cause I can't find any men I like (long enough to be compelled on the idea of marrying them)." ("And to be quite frank, I'm only interested in marrying another woman.")
(I'm sorry, but I just had to write a scene to answer this as Arachne)
RE: Relationships: To be canon or not to be...
Thanks for the advice, @Shy_Not_Fly17 (Nice name btw) and @typical_demigod; Since I've made the post (and read both of your replies), I've been thinking more and more about which relationship would make more sense (in the context of Arachne's personality and preference and chemistry). And since yesterday, I've found the answer to my own question. (Again,) Thank you for helping me think it out.
Relationships: To be canon or not to be...
That's my question for my comic-like story, An Assassinated Caste System. Since the beginning development of my story, once Arachne was a canon character, Arachne and Edith were written in my mind as an ABSOLUTE canon end-game couple. Opposites attract after all. However, at this point in development, the idea is starting to look outdated. Ever since I've got an idea for another character... things have been changing. Instead of Edith being Arachne's partner, Echo (the new character) will take her spot. Similarities bring people closer together after all.
Sometimes to extremes...
What do you think would work best: The goody two shoes partnering with the baddie that sometimes does good or A witch falling for their magic dealer- a soft-spoken succubus -named Echo.
The 16th Century
Right now I'm trying to go research the 16th century in Europe for a fantasy story I'm writing... and it's so BORING trying to research all the things in the 16th century. It's like research papers. Can anyone offer some assistance, with the sources where you've found them? Please and thank you.
